TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES
We try to dispatch deliveries within 48hrs of receiving an order. Typical delivery times thereafter for Europe are 3 - 5 days, and 5 - 10 days for the rest of the world, however please allow upto 14 days for delivery. If we foresee any problems regarding delivery or stock availability, we will contact you by email.
Standard delivery charges are FREE for countries within EU. Appropriate charges for all other destinations will be added to your order in the checkout process.
UNDENIVERED ITEMS
If your parcel is not able to be delivered to your address as nobody was home you will be left a calling card with details of how to collect your parcel from your local sorting office. If you fail to pick your parcel up within thr requested time, it will be returned to us. It is then your responsibility to pay the postage and packaging fees to have the parcel redelivered to you.
PAYMENT
We accept credit or debit cards. Goods will not be dispatched until funds are cleared.
RETURNS
Should you wish to return any item please complete the returns form and enclose it in with the returned item(s). Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting. We are unable to refund, replace or exchange goods for those that are lost in the post, without a proof of posting.
LEGAL NOTICE
Please be aware that we take every reasonable step to ensure that descriptions and specifications are correct. The reproduction of colours, styles and products are as accurate as the online photographic and web publishing process will allow. However, slight variations may occur.
In compliance with the European Union (EU) Directive on Distance Selling, the following Terms & Conditions must be agreed to before buying any of our products or services.
Please note that these do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will be sent a written email confirmation of your order. This will also contain information relating to your purchases and information on the conditions and procedures relating to the exercise of right to cancel the contract (the written confirmation). You will also receive written email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods are returned to us in perfect condition. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of the goods. You are, however, liable to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. We reserve the right to assess whether goods returned are in the same, perfect condition they were sold and delivered in. Credit cards will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of non disputed cancelled or returned goods.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery without reason, providing that they are in the perfect condition that they were delivered in.
Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepancies must be received in writing (email/letter) within 7 days of delivery.
PRIVACY
Any details and information you provide us with will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any other company or person outside the Company.
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details as stated in the Data Protection Act 1998.
